Growing up with traditional Taiwanese drinks like winter melon tea, sour plum soup, and herbal infusions, I was always drawn to their balanceβnaturally refreshing, lightly sweet, and deeply comforting. Yet over time, I noticed these drinks were becoming harder to find in their original form, often replaced by versions with excessive sugar, artificial additives, or compromised quality.
Koeyu Food was created to change that.
